Evaluación de la conformidad NOM-034-FITO-1995
La Norma Oficial Mexicana tiene por objeto establecer los requisitos que deben cumplir las empresas dedicadas a la fabricación, formulación, formulación por maquila, formulación y/o maquila e importación de plaguicidas, para presentar el aviso de inicio de funcionamiento y obtener la certificación del cumplimiento de sus disposiciones para ser inscritas en el Directorio Fitosanitario correspondiente, así como las obligaciones que se deriven de la misma.
